I deposited quite a large amount through them, but the service/conditions promised at registration were not fulfilled.
I’m trying to contact the merchants directly before taking this any further. Has anyone come across these descriptors before or knows any email addresses, websites, or payment processors connected to them?

In general if you want to have more information about your transaction - check your browser history, and you can see where exactly was redirection during payment process. That's how you can have more info. For example for me sometimes was following redirect sequence:

Tvisterna är i korthandeln, och handlarna har fram till den 22 november på sig att svara, men de har inte gjort det än. Om de inte svarar vinner jag tvisterna. Eftersom jag öppnade dessa tvister i början av oktober, tror du att handlarnas brist på svar hittills är ett gott tecken, eller kan de svara under de sista dagarna?
The fact they haven’t responded yet is probably a positive sign, but I wouldn’t assume it’s done until the deadline passes. Merchants can still submit evidence quite late.
Did Revolut tell you whether 22 November is the final merchant response deadline, or just an estimated date shown in the app?
Also, are all of the disputes against the same processor/merchant group, or different merchants? It would be interesting to see whether some respond and others stay silent.

Den 22:a är det datum som officiellt kommunicerats av Revolut för handlarnas svar. Det finns två olika datum, ett som heter DATEST och det andra PSKN, båda från 31bets/betride casinot.

Ah, they emailed me back yesterday saying it’s not their problem and they wouldn’t be refunding- I’ve pushed back again so hopefully get some movement today!
