Talking about the results, it is incredible to see how fast this process has gone if you have just contacted them yesterday. What’s also interesting is that the payment company did their refund right away as soon as you contacted them directly. I guess others here can share whether they also had the same experience with Nexbric or it was only a simple case. Either way, it’s good that contacting the processor can help sometimes.

It's Cardaq but they told me to go to my bank and chargeback which I've done using their response as evidence

I've been honest about all transactions. It's misrepresentation/ disguised MCC. If it hadn't have been disguised the credit card would have rejected it as illegal to gamble on credit. It's ongoing so will let you know if successful or not.
