Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (sida 1 549)

No I got it from Walletto. I’ve actually found them to be the easiest to deal with to be honest. My timeline for them was as follows.

22nd June - initial complaint

25th June - sent me form to complete

26th June- completed form sent back

1st July - refunds issued

I have been in conversation with them since to find out other merchants. I completed a DSAR and have just completed ID verification this morning so hoping it comes through later today.

Absolutely gutted that they now claim to not be able to help. Still trying to pursue the matter, I have also asked for a DSAR.

Jesus thats some refunds. Walletto emailed me on Friday so I sent them identification and my masked pan number so hopefully my dsar shows some of my merchants on it🤞

how did you find out this merchant was walletto? Is this cactipay?

Wich merchants belongs to walleto?

Hi guys. Can someone confirm the wallletto email and what merchants they have been proven to be processed through them? I have that many different merchants over months i’m sure some must be processed by them atleast.

Also I have a feeling Ventira/Viargaming may be XPATE due to the 7372 MCC code being used. not sufficient evidence though

Is it for this merchant they’re refusing to help? I think they’re getting wise and severing contact with merchants who they’re having to refund for. I had one refused for another as they have cut ties with them.

Consoletitans (CNSLTITANS) haven’t responded or refunded after 5 days but i’m sure i saw people get refunds from them. worth chasing? Can anyone help with getting refunds from them?

Search the forum you may find some more but most I’ve seen are cpto and cnpto

Cardaq definitely involved in your big cluster so I’d go after them. Art solution and xor people have been refunded for.

I’d love to find dtvlt I have them on mine but no luck so far.

Bro info@dotavolt.com pretty sure is DTVLT, on my credit card it shows as DTVLT but on revolut its dotavolt so im 99% theyre the same company, I sent 2 days ago but no reply obviously as weekend, trying to stay hopeful as this is over a grand for me 🙂
