So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Contacted both email addresses, raised chargebacks under visa 12.7, bank emailed to say I’d won all my chargebacks 4 days later. I had proof the merchant location on my bank matched their website address, so I guess they had nothing to defend.

« we hereby acknowledge receipt of your inquiry regarding potentially fraudulent transaction.

We have requested that the merchant conduct an investigation and take the appropriate action »
