30 merchants is quite a list. If you want, post some of the ones you're struggling with most. I may recognise a few of them from my own transactions.

That's how I found out about MSP, scudot and playtwin being linked to Xpate in my case.

Don’t know. Walletto have refunded me for Cpto and I’ve found them very responsive. I have a data request with them at the moment so will see if I have anymore when that arrives

Hi. I eventually managed to get in touch with HURTED, as I had more than 20 transactions with them. They refunded only 4 of those transactions, though.

I then contacted Walleto regarding the remaining payments, but they ignored my complaint. So at this point, I'm going to prepare a chargeback through my bank for the transactions that haven't been refunded.

Hi. I've managed to get some of the money back, but not all of it. For the transactions that weren't refunded, I've filed chargebacks with my bank and I'm waiting for the outcome.

I have some information on two of them.

For ORENZA, I used info@gameorenza.io, and for TRAMIQ it was support@skintram.io. They were quite slow to respond, but it may be worth contacting them first, as you might be able to recover at least part of the money directly.

In my case, these payments were linked to Xpate. If you have to deal with Xpate directly, it can take a long time. If the merchants don't resolve it, I'd consider filing a chargeback with the bank rather than waiting indefinitely.

Jag tror att en chargeback kan vara det snabbare alternativet trots allt. Walleto verkar ofta ta väldigt lång tid att svara, och i vissa fall utfärdar företaget inga återbetalningar alls. Jag vill inte vänta för länge och riskera att missa deadline för chargeback.

did you get refunds in the end? what’s the contact for xpate. I have Scudot and quite a lot with them? like 9 payments around 700£ i think

I dont have Tchtxt contact. But they refunded me when I raised chargebacks on monzo. Monzo declined my disputes like all my others. But the merchant refunded 2 days after I submitted chargebacks.

No I got it from Walletto. I’ve actually found them to be the easiest to deal with to be honest. My timeline for them was as follows.

22nd June - initial complaint

25th June - sent me form to complete

26th June- completed form sent back

1st July - refunds issued

I have been in conversation with them since to find out other merchants. I completed a DSAR and have just completed ID verification this morning so hoping it comes through later today.

Absolutely gutted that they now claim to not be able to help. Still trying to pursue the matter, I have also asked for a DSAR.
