We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hmmm - replied to me with some nonsense about not being a gambling company and being an educational courses company. No mention of a refund.


I have a screenshot of my bank asking me to verify the transaction with their name visible on the Satenda website, so assume can chargeback easily if mention wrong MCC

I would reply back to them and push the issue, show the evidence. Chargebacks aren’t really that easy with the banks, I thought it would be however Barclays is pushing back saying services have been provided despite the wrong MCC which is ridiculous

Yeh I normally say:

Tried to deposit to a what i now know is an unlicensed casino

Money never arrived at the casino

Also appeared as a weird merchant that I've never heard of and with the wrong MCC

Not recieved services from either the casino or the named merchant


Won every one so far
