God morgon allihopa. Kan någon hjälpa mig med en återbetalningsbegäran? Jag har blivit debiterad av handlare som i princip inte finns på nätet (Cinxtech, Calpex, Inxc2, Crypswap, Techswap) och jag vet inte vad jag ska göra.
Tyvärr tvättar Revolut händerna av saken, och supporten förstår inte mitt problem. Jag upptäckte att de alla använder MCC 6051. Finns det ett specifikt sätt att tvinga fram en chargeback i dessa fall?

I would highly advise people to chargeback through their banks if merchants don’t respond to them. Go down the route tha it’s unrecognised and you’ve tried to contact them yourselves but got no response, this will trigger a chargeback
