Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (sida 1 191)

Has anyone had any involvement with Kryptonim? I have contacted them but saying as I authorised they haven't broke any rules. I authorised the payment via a casino but they are saying I opened a wallet to pay them?

Also should I be targeting the payment processor not the merchant on my statement? Im getting confused 😐

Same, but I sent them bank statements which are in my name and detail those cards, as some of them were virtual so I just said bank statements and KYC - if not accepted they’ll be reported to FCA
