Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. May I ask what you said to the bank? I told them it was through a casino but using other companies for transaction laundering by using the wrong mcc code. Maybe I shouldn't of mentioned the casino/gambling?

I have done through Revolut. The merchant did not object to it so after 50 days I got my money back. I am waiting for second, they have until the 14th to give me the results. So basically I was using hellspin, and i have deposited a lot. I made sure the account was verified first si I have sent them all needed info. When I won quite a bit around 40k and requested withdrawal they didn’t accept it, asking for more documents, they asked for confirmation of deposit I didn’t make so I have done ale the screenshots and also the message from my VIP manager who stated in the e-mail that he understands why i have raised chargeback 😅 this one I will find out on the 14th if there is a positive outcome. Though it was accepted by Revolut and passed to MasterCard.

From what I understand they will not raise a chargeback due to misscoding. Please see my reply above. I have explained the situation a bit.

99% of these scams don't submit evidence in response to chargebacks because they don't conduct actual business. They're just a ploy to accept payments.
