So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I think a few lately tho are not getting refunded by them its odd how they refund some but not all madness , good luck anyway , and we all relapse but sometimes you just got to call it a day its a vicious circle

Just to explain, all the payments mentioned above come from the same casino, joker8.com, so I'm going through them one by one.

Regarding Naale Ltd, there is indeed a strong link between Naale Ltd and Roger Strickland.

I preferred to contact CBS Group first, and they told me they had no connection whatsoever (the liars!).

How exactly did you manage it? Was it the MFSA that forced your refund?

Jag har också Spinsopotamia. Det är ett fejkcasino som är reglerat i Irland, men de svarar inte på e-post. Jag kontaktade till och med de irländska tillsynsmyndigheterna, och de bryr sig inte ett dugg.

För Naale löste jag dock problemet genom att kontakta MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority) eftersom Naale är kopplad till Roger Stricklands CSB-grupp på Malta ( info@csbgroup.com ).

Ja, du måste kontakta MFSA så kommer de att kräva ut återbetalningen från Naale LTD. I mitt fall var det casinot som erbjöd mig återbetalningen.
