Well, I'm sorry to hear that. Frankly, we have no list of specialized lawyers and when it comes to a list of ADRs, it's the same. We are also a sort of ADR service for example. So no, I'm not aware of any regulator who can actually resolve cases with unlicensed casinos. That's sadly the nature of unlicensed casinos. 😔

I guess it's not very positive, but maybe something better happens during this last week.

Hello. Radka, I have no choice I am going to take action because this casino ignoring all my emails about settlement and they ignoring also casino guru, if the casino is operating without license then should stop operating,

And also I want that Michael respect the Terms and conditions of casino guru , and do not give more time for the casino as you can see the complaint took already 2 months if there was such a evidence then way taking so long , so it's clear there is not such evidence, and I don't understand way casino guru give high rating for casino which has no license, this is against the rules of gambling

​Deposits & Balance: Deposited ~€1,000 and built a legitimate balance of €20,800 playing live casino games.

​Account Action: After making one small €500 withdrawal, my account was locked without valid justification, and the remaining €20,800 balance was confiscated.

​Casino Guru Complaint: My case (Complaint ID 223869) ran for four months. The mediator gave the casino four separate chances to provide bet logs or proof of rule breaches. The casino repeatedly copy-pasted identical template responses claiming the case was "under investigation" and provided zero evidence.

​Licensing: Public records confirm Rabidi N.V.’s Curaçao license (OGL/2023/103/0067) was revoked on June 11, 2024.

Hello Walli19, I see you consider the situation more or less closed already. I understand the casino has been ignoring you, even when you tried to settle the situation with them, but on the other hand, the complaint is still open, which might play a part too. From my perspective, ignoring players' complaints or avoiding backing up decisions is bad enough and at least for us, it serves as the actual marker directly influencing the Safety Index.

When it comes to larger casino groups operating on the level of white label groups, concrete complaints against a single specific casino are far more telling than anything else. I would also add that this particular casino is unlicensed.

Overall, it's really better to avoid playing in unlicensed casinos because when they decide not to cooperate, the only thing anyone can do is share warnings.

I’m wondering why Casino Guru is delaying the final assessment instead of deciding the complaint based on the evidence currently available.

I know what you mean. There could still be some sort of email or other form of communication aside from the complaint thread. I understand that from your side it looks like a delay, but it is not. Each party has a week to respond, including Michal. And the lack of cooperation also has its specific steps that we all follow in each case to make sure we act the same towards any operator or player.

Obviously, it looks like the end from where you stand, and it's certainly unpleasant. Michal will address and assess the complaint based on every aspect involved; he still has more than 3 days to do so. 🙏

It may not be obvious but the goal is to get the fair result, so I would not be surprised to find out that Michal has been trying to change the casino's perspective even when their second timer runs off. Let's say mediators do this for players because we all hate bad endings.
