Here is my issue with reviews. No one wants the truth. Like if I have a serious complaint where I have the conversation saved I had with the agents. Are they are doing me dirt who can I trust to properly handle it? I don’t casinos pay y’all to put up promos and all of theirs? Speaking freely and not to be that guy. But I feel bad sites like this are ran by casinos and only let the good be told. And any real issue is just covered up. So they never have to worry about it coming to light. I just won 400. Really 1100 from a free chip but I had to make a $10 verification deposit. That said could be withdrawn with my winnings. I wasn’t sure of the max cash out but knew it wouldn’t be more then 800. So i submitted 800 leaving a balance. Because I wanted to leave my 10 deposit to play. Well they took everything that I had left over including my deposit. Saying I needed to submit a withdrawal for the total amount minus the $10 showing wanted to leave my verification deposit on there. What’s the difference between $10 on there or $800 on there? I still left a balance and didn’t withdraw the amount including my deposit when I submit my withdrawal so any type of balance should’ve shown that. Well the max cash out was 400. Well that tells me that they didn’t include my verification deposit with my winnings and it should be added to my balance. I mean we are talking $10 people. They go on the say that my verification deposit was included that they are paying me 390 of my winnings and 10 for my verification deposit. But if I submitted a withdrawal for 800. And max cash out is 400. Why did they adjust my winnings to 390 and 400 including my deposit. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining about losing $10 to make 400. But it’s the principles of the matter. Not only that. But when you prove them wrong they instantly end the chat. And a lot of places do this and talk about something that gets under my skin like are we 5 people and back to hanging up the phone on people mid conversation. The 390 payout 400 including my verification deposit was what one agent told me then rudely ended the chat so I started another. Where I explained again that if my verification deposit was included I would be getting 410 back. He goes on to say well you did. That’s why ur getting 400 you paid 10 in coin(whatever company they use) fees. And of course ends the chat right after sending. So now I’m getting two different stories. You can make money if done the right way. But not all the time. You have to sit and figure out what game works best for you. Let’s use the game crash as an example. If it crashes 2 times and you get to 2 on your $4 bet that makes ur winnings $8. You put ur bet back to $1. But by doubling eventually you will win back what you loss. Now there is a catch. I seen "crash" crash before 2 14 times in a row. It doesn’t happen often but it can and will. The norm is 1-4. But they know people do this so they have to have some kind of house edge. But if it does crash 14 times in a row. Are you willing to bet $8388 for it to possibly crash a 15th time? My math maybe wrong there but I hope you get the point. But if you play certain games and know how to read certain signs of that game. It is possible to make money. But you also have to make strict rules for urself and follow them no matter what. If your playing slots and you have a balance of $50 have a rule that once ur below X amount you will go to another game. If you start winning increase that X amount as you win. But make it higher then what you started with. And me I don’t seem to have much luck when I bet at higher priced spins. I stay below $1 75% of the time. And typically won’t go past a dollar unless I have $150 or more. You will see if you it takes 20+ spins before a game can see an return. Yes you do get lucky from time to time. But it’s typically take 50 spins before you hit anything good.
