Infact I can't help but notice its your hook, one of your first points in mention of what classifies as a "premirer" gaming platform. If by a mandoatory 48 hour processing time period and inability to process cashout payments on weekends; you define as fast... I can only imagine how mistrepreted premier might be or some the other big words you use.
It is my opinion if an entity/enterprise/whatever can not process cash at any given time such as weekends then maybe the shouldnt be accepting payments such as deposits either!
