I’ll dare say there only 2 people working at a time and been that casino is such a scam would have customer complaining all the time and they want to provide bogus names to give you a sense on how big the are "it’s a joke. Every single casino I’ll have played in, I’ll always had support that can change a typo, can event verify documentation, Can can resolve basic issues, but this joke of casino likes sound like they have a department to resolve issue, And you must wait 24 hrs , 48hrs what a joke. If I’ll had to guess! there only 2 people working at a time, they are so overwhelmed with the amount of customer are calling to make a complaint but yet they love to end chat the chat without even giving a chance to reply.
