Very slow deposit and always will ask you many proof to proceed with the withdrawal form one to two days
For withdrawal they are literally scammers and I have raised a complain, I have provided all the following documents 1) statement 2) screen recording of me opening my wallet transact history and finally 3) they request a video of me calling the bank and asking them another withdrew and I did and sent the video
And what they provide as proof that withdrawal was done a photoshopped sms confirmation with only my wallet number and amount not the wallet that made the transfer nor the transaction reference number as requested by my bank
The worst unprofessional support and will scam you if you win !!!
