So you register you get supposedly a bonus a 100 free spins over a period of 5 days
you make a deposit and win, ask for a withdrawal, and they cancel your welcome bonus! they cancel your free spins the first day, and the next 5 days!
then you get a message after a week that there was a "technical problem" with their payment processor:) no one knows were it comes from. and no one has any details about the error!
your withdrawal is then cancelled and they reverse the amount to your account!
Any casino that has problems with his payments providers with unknown technical problems when it comes to paying the players, should be simply banned from the database.
Not sure again how the safety index in here is done, but definitively this casino does not deserve 9.5/10
