I rarely decide to write a review about an online casino, but for this one I decided to do it. Cool. Also, the welcome bonus package seems to be very intriguing. Let’s start now with the casino management. After my second deposit I managed to win a very small amount of winnings. And to be honest, a small 50 euro (yes! That low). Now, I requested my first withdrawal and passed the verification process quite fast and easy. Keep in mind that the withdrawal time frame is 24 hours for e-wallets MAX. So, on the 25th hour of waiting, I got an email stating that my withdrawal was declined. I went to the support and asked about the reason of the cancelation. The support agent told me that it was the casino’s FAULT and advised me to request a new withdrawal. So, in order to request a new withdrawal, the casino’s system doesn’t allow it unless you CANCEL all of your pending bonuses such as free spins packages etc. I was forced to do it in order to request my withdrawal AGAIN. Since it is indeed unfair, I told the support agent the unfairness of this and said that due to the casino’s fault I had to lose my pending bonuses (for which I had paid to get them) and so I wanted the withdrawal to be processed now asking her if the whole situation wasn’t unfair for me. So please be aware of the casino’s concept of fairness with the following example. If you request a withdrawal and after some time you cancel it, the withdrawal time frame resets. If your withdrawal gets declined by casino’s fault, your withdrawal time frame resets and in case you want to request the withdrawal you will also have to cancel all of the pending bonuses you have and earned by the way. So, if the casino suddenly decides to decline your withdrawal 5 times in a row on the LAST minute of the withdrawal time frame, NO WORRIES. YOUR WITHDRAWAL TIME FRAME RESETS again and again and again. Lovely idea. So after requesting for the second time my withdrawal via skrill this time 100 euros. They canceled it again after 24 hours (AGAIN 15 minutes into the 25th hour) of waiting stating that they can't process it. So I went to chat and was asked to withdraw via bank transfer or any other withdrawal option I had left. I withdrew via crypto. And surprise surprise my withdrawal was cancelled AGAIN stating now that I had to withdraw via bank transfer (stating that my deposit was made via bank transfer which is a lie since my deposits were all made via skrill) so I gambled away my winnings and closed my account. The worst casino in the new casinos section of casino guru website goes to ivybet casino. Congratulations. Please be aware that if you decide to deposit, you also need to know that you won't be able to withdraw. Magical reasons may appear. 0/10 experience. Imagine the following. An online casino offers you 3 withdrawal methods. Skrill, bank transfer (which you can't use) and crypto. You choose the one you made your deposit, skrill. Casino rejects it. Then you choose crypto. Casino rejects it stating that you should withdraw via the same way you deposited. which means via skrill. So you come to the conclusion that the casino in reality doesnt offer withdrawal methods. Techically speaking, you should be refunded since the deposits you made, wouldnt have been able able to be withdrawn in case of winning. Just don't play.

This casino should have a rating around 5.00. Even though the website seems clean and updated the Management seems to be too underqualified. After making my account and checking the bonus terms, I verified my account via the verification tab which is pretty easy and takes around 10 minutes to have your account verified. The system verified me successfully and I made my first deposit. After I while, I managed to complete the wagering requirements and requested a withdraw via skrill. 2 hours later my withdrawal was rolled back into my account. I asked the support why was my withdrawal declined. I was told that the bill statement was wrong. Well eventually they told me that they didn't have a translator for Greek. I offered to send the document translated so they can check it and verify it easier. My offer was declined and I was told that tomorrow they would send me an email about the verification. The next day, support sent me an email asking for a bill statement since it was missing. Please note that I couldn't upload any document through the website since the system was showing that I was fully verified. I went back to the chat and asked If I could send additional documents and my offer was still declined. Also the email that was sent to me should not be taken into consideration since it was a mistake. Anyways, after hours and hours without getting an email by their department I decided to enter the chat and ask for an update. I was told that my account was verified and I could withdraw! Easy right? Well I tried to withdraw and a pop up message appeared stating that KYC should be completed rejecting my request. I went back to chat and the support told me to clean the cookie s of my browser. After losing my patience I just gambled the money away and I requested a closure of my account since I don't want to play in a casino that is consisted of underqualification. Still waiting for the closure. Oh and still getting messages by email asking for a bill statement because as they state its missing. Hahaha. As I said overall rating 5.00 and underqualification.
