Detta casino är en ren bluff, de svarar aldrig på e-post och har inte heller återbetalt pengarna och experterna på guru casino hjälpte mig inte, de pressade dem inte alls, de lämnade klagomålet som olöst och de accepterade inte heller ett annat klagomål från mig om samma casino som också accepterade att öppna ett nytt konto med uppgifterna medan jag hade bett om att stänga det tidigare av beroendeskäl.

Jag har aldrig fått någon återbetalning, casinot fortsätter att bryta mot reglerna, fortsätter att skicka mig reklammeddelanden trots att jag har begärt en avstängning på grund av beroende, fortsätter att låta mig öppna nya konton och göra insättningar, och fortsätter dessutom att inte svara på mina meddelanden och klagomål, detta är ett bluffcasino.

Did you manage to receive a refund from Kryptonim? I am finding them extremely difficult to communicate with and they are unwilling to refund me at all. We have been back and forth with emails around 6 times now and they just send me a copy and pasted reply now basically.
Just wondering if there was something specific you were able to say to them to get the refund sorted.

Were your Kryptonim payments by transfer or card? They are refusing to refund me as well (mine were transfers that I did not authorise through Revolut.)

Kryptonim refunded me last year. All transactions were refunded. They were very easy to get refunded back then. But I see they are being difficult at the moment. So I dont know what you should send them.
