I followed your advice and submitted a new request with the full clarification. Unfortunately it was rejected on the grounds that the case is more than 6 months old and is therefore treated as a cold case.
I actually also submitted a complaint quite a while back when the issue first arose, but it was rejected due to this same misunderstanding about delayed rounds / saved bonuses.
I have all the evidence required (game history, logs showing only real deposited funds were used, no promotional bonuses ever claimed, correspondence with the casino, etc.). There have also been ongoing conversations about this issue both with the casino and on related threads.
I even tried contacting the co-founder directly, but was immediately blocked as soon as my name appeared.
MineBit continues to rely on the delayed-rounds argument to justify voiding the entire $800,000 balance. As we have now established, that argument is based on a misunderstanding.
Your own Fair Gambling Codex under "Playing with bonus money" states:
"You should also be sure that you use any bonus spins or features that you may achieve before you finish the bonus wagering. It is unfair for players to try to delay rounds or save features for use with real money after the bonus has ended, and attempting to do so could result in your balance being confiscated."This clearly places the restriction in the context of playing with a casino bonus and completing the bonus wagering.I never received or used any promotional/bonus funds from the casino — I only ever deposited and played with real money. There was never a bonus to finish or wagering requirements to complete.
Additionally, MineBit’s own Terms & Conditions do not mention anything about delayed rounds, postponing game features, or saving bonus rounds at all.
It is crucial that Casino Guru accepts this complaint. Once the delayed-rounds justification is formally recognised as a misunderstanding and inapplicable to pure real-money play, MineBit will no longer be able to hide behind it. They will finally have to address the actual issue instead of repeatedly telling me to "refer to the terms regarding delayed rounds."
Given that the core issue is a clear misapplication of the rule rather than a lack of evidence, and that an earlier complaint was already rejected for the same misunderstanding, is there any way this can still be reviewed or escalated despite the time that has passed?
Given the large sum involved and circumstances of how my complaint was handled previously, the least CasinoGuru can help me is to clear the misunderstanding and accept my complaint, make MineBit address the actual issue where they voided my entire balance even though according to their own T&Cs, my balance at time of closure was to be refunded back to me ASAP
