Hello, yes I have seen quite a few similar cases myself. Most of the time it takes them about two weeks to pay off a player. For some people it is quite a lot especially when they wait for a week and then the casino asks for documents and it stretches even longer. Anyway, who knows how to be patient, I believe that as long as one hasn't broken anything, gets the money.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with a few Soft2Bet casinos like Legiano and a couple others. In all my experiences, they do pay out—just sometimes takes a bit longer than you’d hope. Longest I’ve waited was about a month, and that was without them asking for any extra docs. Usually it’s quicker, but yeah, patience is key with them. As frustrating as the wait can be, I’ve never had them not pay in the end.

Yes most players describe the same problems. I believe that anger comes when you wait for a long time and there is no extra reason for it. But it's always better to get the money later than never, I guess that would be my motto. 

Whether I would continue to play in such a casino I would probably change my mind a lot.

Not really, I don’t like playing at casinos that handle withdrawals like that. I prefer sticking with brands I trust, where I know my withdrawal will be approved within 48 hours.

I think as long as everything is in order, withdrawals are delivered fairly quickly and customer support is friendly and helpful, that's something that I think would be definitely needed in a casino.

Men grejen är att jag aldrig har verifierat något konto och jag tog aldrig ut, om det vore så skulle jag förstå men det är inte fallet i alla fall, så länge de ger mig min inkomst så är det det, vad de inte kan göra mot mig är detta, efter att ha väntat mer än 1 månad gör de detta mot mig, när de själva sa att det inte är några problem och om det är något fel så korrigeras det då de har väntat.

Och jag har många skärmdumpar av dina löften, och jag har aldrig någonsin skickat mitt ID eller bankuppgifter annat än det här kontot...


Så om de vill lägga ner det så bryr jag mig inte, men jag vill ha min vinst.

Jag hade en stor summa, avbetalningarna lät mig inte och jag har väntat i mer än 2 månader, Legiano stängde kontot, de lovade själva att ge mig mina pengar utan att stänga mitt konto utan anledning. De upprepade typ 10 gånger att mina pengar skulle komma fram till 100%, till och med den 9 april när de sa att mina pengar redan borde finnas på mitt konto och som förväntat ytterligare en lögn, nu säger Legiano till mig att de inte kommer att ge mig kontot eftersom mitt konto är stängt och några av deras livechattar säger att jag begärde det! Jag skrattar så att jag inte gråter, men det är så, det där casinot är en bluff, min vän. Du kan till och med se mina skärmdumpar och bevis i andra trådar om detta ämne där de motsäger sig själva och du kan se lögnen de berättar. Låt oss se om casinogurun sänker betyget på sådana BEDRÄGARE!
