God kväll, jag gick till ett casino som heter dyvip bet.com och gjorde en insättning på 50 reais och vann 3 478,44 reais. Sedan gjorde jag ett uttag. Jag satte in mitt konto på mina pix och sa att jag var tvungen att göra en ny insättning för att komma till VIP. Jag gjorde en insättning på 100. Jag spelade lite mer och gjorde ett uttag. Tills dess var allt bra. Jag väntade på att uttaget skulle komma in på mitt konto och ingenting kom. Ett meddelande om att uttaget misslyckades, det var för mig att ange telegrammet. Jag gick in i supporten och sa att jag skulle gå till VIP3. Jag ifrågasatte supporten, de kom och sa att jag hade felaktigt angett pix-nyckeln. Upon a closer look at the website you mentioned (dyvip.bet, I presume), unfortunately, it seems to be a very suspicious platform. There are already several complaints online from other players who describe exactly the same problem—winnings not being paid out unless another deposit is made.

This clearly raises concerns and strongly suggests that this site is not a trustworthy casino.

I completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially after you’ve already invested both time and money. Sadly, in situations like this, there is usually no fair resolution because the platform itself is not operating honestly.

Our advice is to stop any further communication or deposits there, and if possible, try to request a chargeback through your payment provider. For the future, I recommend choosing only licensed casinos with transparent terms so you don’t have to go through this again.

No honest casino forces players to purchase VIP rank in order to withdraw.

So you managed to complete the bonus and then played with real money, right? After completing the bonus, most casinos set a cap and often have maximum cashout bonuses. Did your bonus have maximum cashout?

Well, sports betting bonuses have a far more complicated structure and more flexible rules for operators, if you ask me. So I would visit a forum focused on sportsbetting.

As far as I can tell, Jaro was talking about casino bonuses. 🙁 And there is, sadly, quite a good reason for that; Casino Guru has no way of investigating sports betting activities, and hence we are unable to provide insights into your situation. Is your complaint submitted through our system related to this sportsbook situation, please? I'm asking because if so, we won't be able to help you, I'm afraid.

The sportsbook should explain the matter to you, of course.
