I have a nearly identical issue. I completed the playthrough on the no deposit bonus and submitted all my documents, then they say I needed to make a verification deposit, which was not a condition in the terms of the no deposit bonus. Nevertheless I made said verification deposit and now it's impossible to get a response from them.
Is it possible to file a complaint here? I cannot locate the casino in the database and so it doesn't appear like filing the complaint is possible, but by all means, correct me if I'm wrong!

Just choose the option "casino not on the list" when submitting it and explain well to which casino your complaint belongs, please.
May I ask how much they asked for the verification deposit?
Also, please know that it is nothing unusual for online casinos to ask for this kind of deposit because they need to verify the payment method the player uses, you know.

To answer your question, they asked me to deposit a minimum of 20 euros for verification which I did, to no avail. They appear to be a scam casino.
I have taken it upon myself to submit to the complaint, as you suggested.
