Jag registrerade mig hos Cybercoins med en 50fs bonus. Bonusvillkoren angav att ingen minsta insättning krävdes för att ta ut vinster.

Jag slutförde WR och begärde uttag.

Enligt recensionerna har de kyc och omedelbart uttag. Men det var inte så.

Jag kontaktade dem via e-post eftersom chatten inte är tillgänglig. De svarade och bad om en första insättning på €20.

Jag berättade för dem om bonuskraven. De ignorerade mig. De sa till mig att utan en insättning på €20 fanns det inget uttag.

Jag gjorde insättningen, väldigt upprörd, men det slutade med att jag gjorde det. DE FÖRSVANNA!

De godkände aldrig min kyc och mitt uttag är "på gång".

De svarar inte ens på mailet av en slump!

Är det någon som har erfarenhet av denna sida?

Hello, I was looking to see if we have this casino in our database and it is being reviewed. According to what I've seen, they already have a pretty low safety index, which says it all. 

I see that there are discrepancies in what they have stated on the website and what the live chat told you. 

So you deposited here, delivered the documents, and haven't heard from the casino since? 

I would probably lodge a complaint if that's the case and see if something can be done or not.

Hej Jaro, det var precis det, jag deponerade, skickade in alla dokument och jag har inte fått något mer svar från casinot. Jag kommer att lämna in ett klagomål och vänta åtminstone på att min deposition ska återbetalas. Det är frustrerande!

Same thing happened with me! They said I can make a withdraw as soon as I make a deposit of €20 because of AML. After made the deposit now they are saying my documents are not approved and it's been 5 days now they completely ignore me

Hey, I'm pretty sorry to hear that. So did you also find out why your documents were not accepted? It's an important process that players often have to go through and if it's not successful you won't be able to withdraw the money. 

Therefore, it would be useful to know what reason the casino had for this. We give casinos 14 days to resolve KYC and so if nothing happens in the next few days, I would think about lodging a complaint with us. 

Please let me know if you have made any progress or not.

But I see what they wrote to you and therefore you have fulfilled everything except the verification deposit which is mandatory in every casino. If you don't, you probably won't get your money. This is not to say that there can't be some problems even if you do so, but without verifying the payment method it won't be possible.

Yes I have tried to make a withdrawal but they are not processing the withdrawal. Yesterday I got an email from them saying that I need to proof that the binance account belongs to me and I have made the payment using that account which I sent them right after but now they are asking both documents in one sreenshot which is practically and technically an impossible task. I've asked them to provide me an example but they haven't send me anythingfile

Hello,

Eventhough I understand why the casino prefers all details in one place, to me it seems like they do not think much of the real option the user has.

If I may, I would at least try to suggest a possible option to get this over with.

Instead of sending screenshots, would you capture a video showing your account since the initial login? Blur down all personal details, starting with password. the point is to show the casino you have access to the wallet and are able to show them all required details, eventhough not in one screenshot.

Perhaps it sounds like a complicated option, but since I read what you have been through, I guess you would prefer to get this resolved as soon as possible. Based on my experiences, rather than wait for the casino to accept reality, it is more beneficial to actively find any working solution.
