That's quite correct. As long as we only use our own credibility and business influence to make casinos cooperate- especially on complaints, there is no actual power we can use directly. Mainly we try to explain once the damage is done, the safety index will fall. Taking back lost trust is extremely hard in this particular industry, so technically, we try to use that as a kind of leverage.
Allow me to remind here again: untill the complaint is closed, the safety index remains the same -presumption of innocence. If we were 100% sure there was some kind of fraud, given the pieces of evidence, the situation would be different. I assure you.

When was the first warning? You wouldn’t be so offended if it held no truth. What help has been provided ? I’ve seen no notable help? I asked Peter here, in complaint section and via email for the supposed information he said was provided that was still inadequate. It’s very obvious what had been happening. well you can’t really scam people here but you can lead them in to a scam.
Look at the rating you have for BCGAME still when it is absolutely obvious they are scammers. They are rigging the provably fair system. & they are stealing.
one week they say glitches don’t affect outcome because they were cheating then the next week I win and they steal at the very least $250,000usd from me and say a glitch occurred. The only glitch that occurred was their cheat bot must of malfunctioned.
I also still haven’t seen or received any of the evidence guru says they received from BCGAME.
go put some money in there yourself and after a win or 2 when the counter bets start and the AI kicks in then you’ll know the truth of it.
I do see psychologist. They suggested the possibility of a psychosis in the pre meeting call but after the first meeting they realised the truth of what I was saying about numerous issue and they decided I’m just highly stressed because of all that I’ve been through, going through & witnessing.
