After removing my complaint and posting an honest review regarding waiting time and reply’s to all forms of contacts I’m back again originally I won 4000 waited 20 days for my account to be verified to be able to make a withdrawal first one was done in around 4 days to which I was told I could only withdraw 500 at a time due to being a new player I then waited 11 days for my second withdrawal and now again I’m on my eleventh day for my next withdrawal getting no reply from either email or chat so out of 4000 in nearly 2 months I’ve been able to withdraw 1000.
I can still cancel my withdrawal request after 11 days so that tells me it’s not even getting close to being processed.
can someone reply to me with details other than live chat and info@ email because I’m getting no where with them and it’s frustrating to think I’m going to have another couple of months before I can withdraw my full amount
There is, in all honesty, nothing more to say, in my opinion. The reason you wanted the complaint closed is beyond me. Just for you to know, you could submit the review anyway; we would wait for the complaint resolution, based on which we would check your user review.
Please remember that you can always request that the complaint be reopened if you have nowhere else to turn.

I wanted to be able to write a honest review so people knew that if you do win the withdrawal process is a long one and I am again waiting 11 days to still get my request processed.
Just an update after putting this on, they then accepted my withdrawal request of 1500 paid me £465 and the remaining £1000 hasn’t been put back on to my balance as it usually would. I have emailed and wrote in chat so waiting on reply to see where the £1000 is
I find that very strange, so they accepted your withdrawal of £1500, but only paid you a portion of it (£465)?
Maybe they are paying it in two seperate payments, although ive never known a casino to do that.
I’ve never known it either the last few times it comes up cancelled after sending the £500 I am allowed to withdraw and the rest usually goes back on my balance and I just request it all again so that I’m not spending it to wait ages to get it back, I wouldn’t mind the site itself and games are good the RTP is good also just really poor communication and waiting 11 days at a time for even a portion of my winnings isn’t ideal. I have emailed a few times and also messaged on live chat hoping to hear back soon for someone to look into it

Well, it's not the best idea to do this, because user review can wait. It is certainly more important to resolve a complaint than to write a user review, even though I know it was for a good cause.
However, I see that this case has moved forward and you have received some money again, which is definitely positive news.

he has completely stopped responding, i can only assume he has been paid and now has distanced himself from this entire situation. but we shall see
i have seriously realised most UK players have major issues with regards to getting their money at this casino.
yeah so 100% been paid, he was waiting like 14 days in total i think, and a lot of rude comments from customer servive, and periods of no replies from them at all, so seems exactly like the situation you are currently in
