If the casino needs to verify your address, then the address on your driver's license isn't good enough, if your license is older than 2-3 months. They need to be sure that the address is your current address and you didn't move somewhere else. That's why they usually ask for recent electricity bills, other utility bills, bank statements etc.

No, I'm talking to live support every day and they are always answering like robots with the same answers all the time.

They requested some documents to prove my E-wallet payment and I sent twice or three times all they want.

If the casino doesn't try to help you and keeps repeating the same thing over and over again, I would probably do the same and open a complaint. We'll see what our team comes up with and try to help. 

I wish opening a complaint wasn't necessary but I'm afraid it won't be so.

Recently, I've been exploring the world of online casinos, and Zetcasino caught my attention. Upon the recommendation of my cousin, who had a positive experience with the platform, I decided to give it a try. However, what I discovered was quite disheartening.


It has come to my attention that Zetcasino promotes its platform through various streamers(Slotshub-Greek guys to Cyprus). While I have no issue with this marketing strategy, I find it troubling that streamers seem to enjoy preferential treatment compared to regular players. According to a conversation I had with Zetcasino's live chat support (attached is a screenshot of the conversation), streamers are supposedly subject to the same rules as ordinary players. However, I find this hard to believe given the discrepancies in treatment.


For instance, I was informed that I am not allowed to play alongside a friend at his house, yet streamers are allegedly allowed to exchange accounts and have multiple individuals playing together on the same screen. This blatant double standard raises questions of fairness and integrity within the platform.


I am writing to seek clarification on these matters and to express my disappointment with the apparent inconsistency in Zetcasino's policies. It is my hope that this email prompts a review of the company's practices to ensure equal treatment for all players.

Let me start with the most obvious part, at least for me: We at Casino Guru consider terms fair or unfair based on their practical interpretation toward players. In line with that, I feel it is absolutely necessary to distinguish between a casual player and a streamer while applying the rules.

I believe we both agree streamers are sort of professionals aiming for different goals than usual players do.

Thus, the casino approach will most likely be different as well.

This, in my opinion, brings us to the fact that using, for example, a photo of multiple streamers in one room as an argument for assessing the fairness of the terms is downright nonsense. Because this is hardly what the average player does.

Wouldn't you agree?

To fully understand the casino's approach toward those streamers you picked up, I strongly advise asking the casino. However, I have to add that I'm not convinced such an investigation will help you personally, because the way I see it, casinos will never share their account details with you, so there is no real argument other than that you are not allowed to play in the same room as your friend. For example, how do you know whether those guys use VPNs or are really in the same place or casino while streaming? Besides, I'd say, the first one usually just keeps the mood up, while the second is actually playing. 🤷‍♀️

You would only be certain if you had such access.

I already mentioned your chance to reopen it.

Also, I'm pretty convinced the casino won't respond to you here, so frankly, keeping posting such open "emails" leads nowhere, as far as I can say.

If the complaint is reopened, you will be notified, don't worry.

Frankly, I don't understand what is so surprising here. We are doing well, in my opinion, based on the quantity of additional comments or inquiries you have received from the community so far.
