I'm not fully aware of every detail involved, but would you maybe consider lodging an official complaint request due to delayed or uncertain payment? It is possible, though there are few rules involved. Please let me know if it sounds interesting so we can take a look at this option together.

I won $800 on Wonaco.com and I have tried 3 times to withdrawl my money and each time they cancel the withdrawal. It's been more than 1 week and I'm still waiting to get my money

In my opinion, we should focus on what the casino told you in the first place. Do you know why those requests did not make it through, maybe? I wonder whether you have ever withdrawn from this casino before. Could the verification pass through in the past, please?

First two times they did it was because of my bank not allowing it to process, but when I contacted my bank, they said that they did not receive any requests to deposit funds. No restrictions.

The 3rd time, they told me it was a technical glitch on their side??? Not because of me.

Well, it actually can make sense if the casino has been using a 3rd-party payment provider, which may have problems delivering the money, but eventually it's how you feel about it and whether the casino has been doing well to send you the money. I understand it's not how it seems from your perspective.

Still, if the casino or the provider is dealing with technical problems, I would try to ask whether there is some other working payment option I could use. I mean, trying a nonworking one over again can be frustrating.

At least it seems KYC poses no problem at all.
