Good morning,

As the manager of several influencers active in the crypto gambling sector, I am compelled to raise certain critical issues concerning WINNA.

Despite a promising start – with weekly and monthly cashback, a VIP account manager, and an appealing rewards system – after conducting comparative analyses with other operators, I have identified serious anomalies in the operation of the slots.

I performed multiple deposits of varying amounts and adjusted bets proportionally, running cross-tests. The results clearly show that the actual RTP does not match the declared or expected rates, consistently favoring the casino. This suggests either a manipulation of the payout system or, alternatively, a lack of independent certification verifying the correctness of the RNG algorithms and RTP percentages.

I have repeatedly requested clarifications, yet no one on your team has been able to provide technical explanations or documentation proving the integrity of the software. Mr. Bennet, who initially responded, has since stopped replying to communications.

I must reiterate: without an independently issued and recognized certificate attesting to the legitimacy of the RTP percentages and the compliance of the RNG in use, I will be forced to initiate a legal and media campaign.

I also remind Mr. Bennet that my position is not marginal: I manage betting flows totaling over 100 million across three of the industry’s leading operators.

I therefore expect a documented and precise response, not generic reassurances.

Unfortunately I feel like I need to add to the growing list of grievances against this casino. Like others I initially had a positive experience and had some nice rewards from the VIP level up wheel. However I first had an issue with a game round that didn't pay (still unresolved from over a month ago) - I was willing to let that go assuming it will eventually be fixed but the second one has really frustrated me.

To summarise the issues:

  1. I played a game round of blackjack with a bet of $100. The game crashed after final cards had been drawn (I had won the round). When I went in to the game again, my balance had not been updated for the win. In the in-game history I was able to see the game round showing the cards etc but the win was not added to the balance. The game round was missing from the casino game history. I sent chat all screenshots and same with VIP host but I am still waiting for a reimbursement over a month later. This isn't something I thought could even happen and left me wondering if it could have happened other times as I usually don't pay close attention to the balance and only happened to notice it this time.
  2. After signing up I did the VIP transfer having wagered >15m on Stake. I was given a target of 3m to get a reward. I had wagered 400,000 towards it but I played yesterday and noticed it hadn't moved much. Then I clicked on the information icon and noticed it had been updated to change the wagering for certain games. Previously only Winna originals counted 25% and everything else was 100% but now it depended on the RTP. Being a big blackjack player that completely changes things for me. Instead of being 2.6m away from the target I'm now 26m away playing Blackjack. I think it's really shady to retrospectively change terms like that and just leaves me thinking what's the point? What if I continue and they change the terms again? Really disappointing behaviour. When I mentioned it to my VIP host the response I got was "some info can be changed in casinos, its pretty normal. sorry if it cause any inconvenience".

Hello everyone,

After some checks, it turned out that six slot machines provided by third-party providers are not configured with the provider’s official standard RTP, but with lower RTP packages.

This means that:

The actual RTP does not match the RTP declared to the players.

Players are led to believe they are playing with the official percentages, when in reality the chances of winning are reduced.

This behavior may constitute misleading commercial practice and a potential violation of gaming licenses.

The platform claims to operate under a Canadian license, specifically stating that:

"The Licensee is authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023."

The discrepancy in RTP therefore also constitutes a violation of the conditions of that license.

I have already written to their legal department asking for clarification, but so far I have not received any concrete response. If the situation is not resolved, I intend to report the case to the competent authorities, as well as to the Canadian authority that issued the license.

With reference to your previous response, I would like to emphasize that this issue cannot be ignored or reduced to a simple verification by the player.

The publicly declared RTP for each game must correspond to the RTP actually configured on your platform. Any discrepancy between the official provider values and those applied to players constitutes:

A misleading commercial practice, as players receive inaccurate information regarding their chances of winning;

A potential violation of the licensing conditions issued under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023;

A breach of the principles of transparency and fairness that govern online gambling.

I therefore request that you provide a written and official confirmation of the actual RTP for each game ID available on your site.

Apparently you have no clue how slots providers work. The games are directly integrated from their servers. The internal RTP shown in the game settings is always the same RTP the game really has.

There is no way for any casino in the world to interfere with the game RTPs by third party providers like Pragmatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit and so on.

I will not further comment on this as it just makes no sense. It seems like some people are just not able to cope with losses that are a natural part of gambling too and find obscure explanations like "the slots RTP is rigged".

I have been in the gambling world since before you were born, and I have direct friends at Pragmatic and Evolution, so I advise both you and your casino to moderate the terms you use.

That said, let’s not fool ourselves. I know very well that an operator can make agreements with the providers to select different RTP packages, depending on the chosen configuration. And I assure you that, with my experience, I can recognize the type of configuration simply by observing how the reels move.

On your casino I play trivial amounts, because that is what it deserves; on other casinos, however, I play six-figure amounts monthly.

I am doing this as a matter of honor. That said, with my knowledge, in case of a lack of amicable resolution, I intend to take the matter all the way – and I assure you, Bennet, that I know very well how to do it.

That being said, you are free not to reply either to the formal notice I sent via email, nor to this forum.

Good evening everyone, I’m a new user on Winna. I discovered the site through the forum and decided to register. On Sunday I signed up and placed my first bet, I won and decided to withdraw part of it. On Sunday the withdrawal went into pending because they said they are checking my bets.

But if I only placed one, how can that be?

This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

Your experience doesn't sound very nice at all, that's for sure, so it is completely understandable that it frustrates you.

Perhaps you should try to file a complaint here regarding the issue with your win, and our team will try to help if possible, of course.

Try to explain the issue in detail, and you will be informed about what can be done as soon as possible.

It is nothing unusual for online casinos to check bets of their players, actually.

Could you tell us, though, if you played some casino games or bet on sports, please?
