Sometimes these processes simply take longer than players expect. What’s important, though, is knowing why there is a delay. Did the casino explain why it has already been taking about a week?

I’d also add that we normally give casinos up to 14 days to complete this kind of process and handle the withdrawal. If nothing changes by then, you can come back to us and our complaint team can take a closer look at the whole situation.

Hopefully, that won’t be necessary and you’ll receive the money sooner.
