So I won 1200 euro in wildrobin casino. It’s been 3 weeks and these scammers have not even paid me 1 euro. They asked me to verify my account (of course never asked me to verify when I did hundreds of deposits but immediately asked me to verify my account on my first withdraw). I’ve sent everything they need but the verification is pending for more than a week. Their support is keep saying the same bullshit excuses and they don’t reply on the emails. I can provide screenshots if anyone needs. This casino is definitely a scam. Beware

They say it’s because of a high number of payment requests. Luckily, I received my first €500 yesterday — now I just hope the rest will come soon. But I honestly find it ridiculous that it’s taking almost two weeks, especially since I still have a large amount sitting in my casino account.

Jag skulle hellre fråga vad casinosupporten har att säga om den här situationen? Jag tror att vi inte kommer att hitta någon bättre närmare informationskällan.

Tyvärr är det helt klart att det andra spelare skrivit, åtminstone om uttagshastigheten, är helt sant. Jag tycker att klagomålet definitivt är berättigat och casinot står verkligen inte ut med sådana reaktioner.

Jag förstår att det här är en tvådelad situation, men som jag ser det blir det nu en fråga om utredning och förhandling.
