I hit the grand jackpot for 9,000$ they took that. Now they denied my withdrawal talking about mixed funds. I made a deposit that had a Lil playthrough. I still won 900$. Now they saying I can't get that either.

These are scammers! I won over $1200 from their welcome bonus. He rolled back the bonus and left $170, of which he managed to raise it to $500! Paid $30, Passed Identity Verification and Bet $500 on Cash Out! 1 month withdrew 66 dollars out of 500, in which 30 dollars are mine, they took the rest of the money for themselves, and they said that this was bonus money!

Hello,
I can see that we couldn't help you with your complaint, unfortunately casino stopped responding and it's without a license so there is no way to even escalate it. For this unresolved complaint we've added blackpoints to the casino but to be fair the casino's rating wasn't good to begin with, As for the future, i would suggest checking safety index of casinos, whether they have license, how satisfied are users, and so on.
I'm sorry that it ended up the way it did. How did you even find that casino, did you find it through us or was it just randomly discovered?

Hi Radka, Yes they are supposed to be a casino. & won't tell me who there governing body is or who issued their licence, like they are supposed to display for all to see. They have told me today that all they can do is red flag it with payment team.

I finally got my winnings paid however I have asked numerous times who their licence is with and who is their governing body but they blatently refuse to answer my question. At one stage there they told me I didn't have a withdrawal with their casino & asked if I'm requesting it from the correct casino. I told them to check that they are looking at the correct casino and they came backsaying sorry we were looking at the wrong casino.
Keep on them & ask about their governing body and jurisdiction, this seems to get the withdrawal moving. Good Luck
