Ive made 3 withdrawals past days without problem, now im waiting for 10th day a withdrawal of 300€ and yesterday i also made another one of 500€. Im pretty dure now that i lost my money. The customer support is bad and just sends auto replies. Iv sent an email without response.

I see there are a lot of people woth6the same issue because in customer support there is always a cue of 70+ people. Im guessing with the same problem

Hello there, I do not dare to guess, but feel free to browse all submitted complaints; that could surely provide more clues. In any case, if the casino won't be able to get through the process within 14 full days starting from the withdrawal request submission, I would surely add my own complaint as well. It may be a temporary situation, based on your previously made withdrawals. Let's hope it won't take long.

Those auto replies you mentioned, are we talking about human support or maybe chatbot agents? One way or another, at least sending an answer to regular email would be expected; no wonder you are not happy about that. 🙁
