Well, I understand. You have to access your online banking and generate the pdf there. Then send it to the casino. Creating a pdf document from cropped photos - for example, won't work. 🙁

Shoddy site. They won’t let me withdraw funds. Are asking for ridiculous documentation to prove where the funds came from. I have provided everything under the sun I could get my hands on from my bank account and they won’t accept it.
