Radka, vad tycker du om kasinots svar? Tyvärr tycker jag att det är väldigt nedlåtande och hårt. Dessutom utelämnade de viktiga detaljer i sitt svar, som att nämna spelberoende.


Enligt min mening är detta bara ett patetiskt försök att rädda ansiktet.

Jag har redan undersökt möjligheten att lämna in ett klagomål till myndigheten i Anjouan. Enligt andra användare är dock klagomålsprocessen inte möjlig om du spelar från ett land som casinot exkluderar. Tyskland har nyligen lagts till på casinots lista. Dessutom sägs licensmyndigheten starkt stödja casinonas sida.

you will receive zero answers from Anjouan.The best option in my opinion, and I believe I'm in the same boat as you, is to make pressure on socials mainly LinkedIn, and bitcointalk.


if you post on bitcointalk, make sure you write a thread in Scam accusations and write in Casino Announcement thread. You will be immediately attacked by people that is paid to wear Toshi banner for advertising.

Let mesay that since the beginning of 2026 there are more restrictions for gambling-oriented websites. We are still trying to tailor our website accordingly to those restrictions to find a balance and allow players to see as much information about casinos as possible. Sadly, in some cases we have not yet figured out the best solution and quite a handful of casinos may be missing.

Thus, I truly can't say when this particular casino will be "back."

I do not dare to guess which aspects led us to change how this casino review is publicly accessible. Regulations is my best guess. I too would love to see it published already with the associated complaint and possible user reviews.

When it comes to Anjouan, I'm quite hesitant, though. I recall that some adjustment has been made; however, as far as I know, little has changed for the actual players' disputes.

The thing is that AOFA has no team dedicated to investigating player issues directly; thus, it instructs players to follow the casino's complaint procedures first or to find the services of a third-party ADR provider (such as Casino Guru). If neither of those works, players are required to forward the matter to the authority. I find the process to be quite confusing at this point. To be completely honest here, I believe I have never heard a player saying that AOFA actually looked into a previously closed ADR complaint. Well, perhaps once, now that I'm thinking about it... In most cases the licensing authority does not respond further.

On my own experience Anjouan ADR do nothing... there will be no hope by contacting them.

so basically casino will not be affected, and mediators work are for nothing rn. Since those bad cases cannot be accessed by others.

If you back off now, there truly will be no consequences for the casino when it comes to your case, but not just because you cannot see other complaints, but because you're jumping to conclusions.

Jag tror att han menar att casinot inte dyker upp i någons sökresultat. Jag har hört det från andra också. Det syns inte någonstans. Det visas inte ens på Casino Guru. Google-sökningar efter Toshibet från Casino Guru ger resultat, men om du klickar på dem omdirigeras du till andra casinon eller till huvudsidan.

My intention was to express that when it comes to Casino Guru, such casino disappearance does not mean that all the problems players had with the brand vanished too. All complaints, including those not available on the website, are still stored and we count them.

Imagine such a brand gets sold or altered, first of all, we aim to clearly address the matter of those complaints before any changes to the casino reviews are made on our side.

I just thought it would be good to mention this, given those circumstances.
