Hi, I haven't received any update yet but as soon as I do I'll let you know what I find out. 

However, if you still have money there, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you with your situation. I think that might be reasonable, since we don't know what's going on with the casino yet.

Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet

i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.

anyways I hope this helps.

Hallå. Jag tror att jag har fått mitt begärda uttag på €100. Jag fick en överraskning

€100 på mitt konto och pengarna kan bara komma från Superb hade inte begärt något annat uttag från något annat casino. Utifrån bankuppgifterna kan jag inte till 100% säga att pengarna kommer från Superb, utan från vem mer. Jag har precis loggat in på superb1.bet och landat på mitt konto och min begäran om uttag är noll. Så hoppet dör sist och jag hoppas att alla ni som har lämnat in ett klagomål till Casino Guru alla får sina pengar.

Jag tror att utan pressen från Casino Guru skulle jag aldrig ha fått min utbetalning.

Hallå. Hela överföringen tog från 12 november 2023 till 26 december 2023. Jag blev helt förvånad över att 100 € plötsligt fanns på kontot. Återigen, utan klagomålet och den stora hjälpen från Casino GURU, tror jag att jag aldrig skulle ha fått pengarna.

There is hope then! I have £600 pending since the 9th of November. I don’t know wether to risk making a complaint and it potentially have a negative effect or just wait it out. The support have actually been quite apologetic to me the last few times I spoke on live chat. I’d like to know if there was any more success stories with this casino after lodging a complaint here?

As for your withdrawal, we give the casinos 14 days to process it. Did the casino tell you the reason why it's been over a week? Of course, if nothing moves, you can file a complaint.

Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.

Hmm, 7 weeks check withdrawal seems a bit long to me. The casino didn't give any other reason than this yes ?

However, I firmly believe that this problem will be solved as well. So far some players have contacted us as you had a chance to see that they got their money, so I hope that will be the case in your situation as well.

Does anyone has any idea about whats happening with superb casino , as i just try to login to superb and they taking me to another website with the name bountyreels.com, does that means they open a new shop for robbing people and making them fool.. How to login to the accounts people have is superb..
