Get this!. I contacted chat today to see the status of my withdrawal whether it was sent or getting ready to be sent. The rep told me great news . It was sent on the 20th of Jan. I said the 20th? Today is the 27th. I should have received it. I asked how did they send it Fedex? He replied and said yes Fedex but they do not get the tracking info. He said I should get it today or tomorrow. They took a $40 fee from my winnings for the delivery. Every other casino takes $30 fee and I get it in one day. NEXT DAY AIR. This one is coming by Horse and Buggy. If I am lucky.
I received no email that my withdrawal was sent like they said they would do and there is no transaction showing in my profile that is was sent.
I will believe it when I see it!

Yea bro i been waiting since 1/24/23 10 get paid on a withdrawal request from yhe 10th... they said " you got paid 1400 on the 12th" i said yes its a payment from December" my new request was made 1/10/23 @ 943am for 1480" sooooo i am still waiting chat is clueless ... i have no idea when i will get my winnings, after this one no more for me at sunrise casino

This is why I don't believe them. Do you know I deposited 10 times on Neon280 after I was approved for my withdrawal (stupid right) well the slots had absolutely No Return To Player. I lost on all and my money lasted maybe 15 minutes at a 5 dollar bet.
I am done here also as soon as my $$ arrives!

Also, please keep in mind that these checks cannot be endorsed to a third party; they can only be deposited into your bank account.

Same here!! They have not even approved my payment its been 17 days for me, from 1/10/23 943 am for the amount of 1480.00.
Finally got an email response from payouts and they said it hasn't even reached their department yet but they will let me know as soon as they do.
I ain't got the money now and i will be thrilled when it comes as a surprise

I spoke to someone the other day and they kept on saying it was sent out. I asked how much longer and they said it can take up to 3 weeks until I see it. Apparently they use a 3rd party vendor/bank for the payments.
I wish I knew this prior. I wouldn't have joined. It sucks waiting and mine is only 1061.00 .

I would, it will hold them accountable in some way. You msy get the same B.S you been getting but it will be like " someone else is watching us, lets do better" or they can not give a shit.
At the minimum you will feel better about taking it on step further and speaking up for what you feel you or others may deserve.
I would file the complaint.
