Sportsbet.io does not pay my money since 3 december. I played over cameroon. luck was on my side and it was my first bet.My bets won then i wanted to withdraw. I tried to withdraw but it was rejected. Then my account was disabled to withdrawals. Security departmen wanted Kyc from me 2 (twice). I verified them faster then they told me that I have multiple accounts. Then they do not answer me never. Sportsbet accuses me of multiple accounts because my old email addresses are similar.I did not use any promotion or bonus.I had created an account before, but I had closed and created those accounts.I was usually losing money and when I won a bet I was withdrawing and closing my account. I was losing a lot of money. but when i wanted to have fun i was opening a new account because i closed my old account. I don't have two accounts active at the same time and live support told me that I can do it. Also, condition 10.1 said I could do it. I didn’t violate any rules. Please be awarenes about their behaviours.

Sportsbet.io is totally scam. They have suspended my verified VIP account which I've been using for almost 7-8 months without any reason and didn't allow me to withdraw my funds. Then when I asked them what's going on, they told me to verify myself again with a selfie and ID card however I had already made this before. I've verified myself again and this time they claimed that I have multiple accounts. But this was my only account. Why will I need different accounts if I have one which I can use? I asked them many times why they decided something like this, what are their evidences but after that day they totally ignored my all emails and I get no answer for almost 1 week. Also I was VIP (I am even placing bets for 50000-100000 USDT and I was very big player for them) and I had a VIP manager which I can contact on Telegram but now I've realized that even she blocked me and doesnt answer.

On the other hand, I was affiliate of Sportsbet.io (Their affiliate partnership website is partners.io) and this player account which they have suspended is the payment account of my affiliate partnership. When I am trying to contact to the person who is in charge of affiliates, now even he doesn't answer me for 1 week, I guess also he blocked me. It means also now I wont be able to receive my affiliate payments which I've earned from the players which I've brought to Sportsbet.io. What's the reason? There is no. Just they wanted that.

So be aware of this fraudulent website. They can suspend your account whenever they want (for sure if you're a winner), they seize your all balance illegaly and then they totally block and ignore you from all possible ways. 

Amount scammed: I even cant login my account right now since they closed it permanently and I cant take a screenshot of my current balance. Plus from affiliate side I was going to receive payments to my Sportsbet.io play account every month in future.

Over multiple occasions, I’ve faced unfair situations involving the cashout option, which have collectively cost me over €10,000 in potential winnings. These were not isolated glitches — the cashout feature consistently failed, was temporarily disabled, or simply vanished at crucial moments during active bets.

Every time I contacted support, I received generic responses with no real investigation or compensation. They simply said that "the market was suspended" or that "cashout availability depends on live data," even in cases where the odds were stable and available elsewhere.

As a loyal customer, I expected fair treatment and transparency, but instead, I have repeatedly been left without any form of goodwill gesture, apology, or even acknowledgment of the repeated losses caused by their system.

I reached out to Sportsbet.io requesting a fair bonus or compensation — not to cover all losses, but as a gesture of fairness for the multiple failed cashouts. My request was ignored.

At this point, I have lost all trust in their platform. A betting site that advertises "instant cashout" and "fair play" should stand behind those promises.

If Sportsbet.io cannot even recognize or compensate for clear repeated technical and service failures, it’s hard to believe they value their players at all.

I see that this concerns sports betting, so I'll say straight away that if you're looking for help from us, you won't find it, but I can give you my opinion. 

Cashouts and similar things on tickets may not be guaranteed, even if the casino advertises them. There were times when I used to bet too, and I could have been one match away from winning everything, but they let my ticket without any cashout entitlement. In my opinion, it's always a casino tactic to make it harder for you to win more money for a certain period of time. 

Maybe it's just a tactic to make sure you don't win more money. For example, if you bet on soccer, you have 80 minutes, your team is winning (home) 1:0, but (the visitors) have been pushing for 10 minutes and you have a bet on the home team winning and you're watching it and you want to cash out because you don't have a good feeling, so I know that this could be exactly the situation. 

The casino doesn't have to give you any bonus or anything like that for such things, but I understand that it's a frustrating experience.
