Well, it wasn't the best idea and I'm sorry you lost in the end. It would have been best if nothing like that had happened, but I know from other players' experience that sometimes it's not so fast in casinos and you have to be patient. If sometimes you don't make it, then I guess it often ends up like that.

The sad thing is, there's absolutely no reason it has to take so long.

There are a few casinos that have nearly instant payouts. From the time I hit the withdrawal button, I can have the money in my account within 5 minutes. If places like Novibet and Coolbet can do this, why can't others?


The simple answer is that they can, they just choose not to on the hopes that a player will play it down.

I understand what you are saying. The use of what some refer to as a staling tactic is undoubtedly one of the numerous explanations for the delay that I believe exists. However, generalization, in my opinion, also does not contribute to any explanation.

Some casinos are quicker, some are not. It may also change over time. One player would claim the withdrawal was a horror; the other would say I got my payment in 5 minutes.

Thus, we believe providing players with a decent explanation and guidance should be a must for casino support. In the event that the player feels it is necessary, for example, he may attempt to temporarily close the account. This is another aspect I would like to see in casinos as a standard.


Even so, there are moments when it seems like the dalay is an entirely avoidable matter.

I won money on SpinsUp WITHOUT using a bonus on my deposit.


They have assured me that my verification is complete, even though one portion of it (the screenshot of deposit from my bank) still says pending.


They rejected my first withdrawal saying it was $3000 max withdrawal.


They rejected my second withdrawal saying i didnt turnover 3 times my deposit. Apparently i have to do that even though i didnt use a bonus.


They are now refusing to send me my entire game history to check the turnover myself. On the website, they only allow me to see the last 50 transactions. In those transactions, i turned over $203 in 9 minutes. I played for hours, so they are lying to me about not turning over $1500.


Also im reading they are not actually licensed in Australia now? Anyone know what my best method to get my money is? Where to complain?
