The same applies to the relationship between the match bonus and the free spins. If both were activated together and the terms do not clearly explain that the free spins create a separate max-bet limit, then the casino should be able to show where that rule is stated.
At this point, I would keep screenshots of the public bonus terms and the support messages where they use the phrase source of winnings. That difference in wording could be important if the case needs to be reviewed more formally.
Did they ever provide the actual clause number they are relying on, or are they only repeating the explanation in live chat?
