What do you mean when the casino told you that you can't win any money? Do you have any screenshots of the conversation? As for the violation of the Terms, did they say anything about it, and specifically, what did you violate?
I signed up and deposited 3 transactions totalling over £100. I won £2500 and then carried on playing until I was out of the bonus. At this point the balance was £3500 so I decided to withdraw it and sent all the relevant documentation requesting which was accepted. I then asked how long it would be before the funds would be available to which they said 5 days. They then said I was only allowed to withdraw £300 because of the T&C’s. I wasn’t happy but accepted it as I didn’t read the full T&C and said they should make this more clear when cashing out or signing up. They then apologised and said can I close my account as I won’t be using the casino anymore because the remaining balance of £3200 was pointless in using because I could technically win. They have also said I’d breached the T&Cs and would only receive my original £30 payment back which is a complete con
Yes, what they mentioned to you is also listed under the "Warnings" section on our website with review of this casino. It’s unfair, and that’s one of the reasons why they have such a low safety index. It’s sad that they ultimately don’t want to give you anything, and I saw that you have a complaint pending review. We’ll see if anything comes of it or if there’s nothing we can do.
Thanks. I’ve chased the complaint now 4-5 times and received nothing so they’re clearly ignoring me. I can believe these sort of people are allowed to operate.

It's great that you sent an email, but you need to respond to the complaint so it doesn't drag on unnecessarily or get closed. Feel free to mention in your response that you've already sent everything via email.

Did you activate any bonus when making your deposit, or were you playing with real money only? - The first deposit I played with the bonus and won a large amount so kept playing until I was out of the deposit and could withdraw.
Do you have a full game history or transaction history that you could share with us? I did however I’m locked out of the casino so can’t no longer gain access.
Did the casino provide you with any additional explanation or specific evidence besides what you have already shared? No, all that happened was i provided the ID and full documentation requested to be told I could only withdraw £300 not £3500. I then questioned if I withdraw £300 can I still play with the reminding £3200 to see if I had chance of winning further and they said no that money will disappear once I get my £300. I then was told I’d breached the T&Cs and was only able to get my original £35 deposit back and all my other deposits wasn’t returned. My account was then closed
