Jag behöver lite hjälp. Spinoloco accepterar inte beviset på IBAN som Banco Santander Totta tillhandahåller i PDF, med all nödvändig information. Det är det första kasinot som inte accepterar detta bevis. De ber om ett kontoutdrag så att de kan se mitt namn, adress och transaktionen till deras fördel, men det bevisar inget IBAN. Det är oacceptabelt.

just to be sure, is the missing IBAN truly the case here? Bank statements usually serve as proof of address, bank account ownership, or proof of deposit.

For such purposes, it is indeed imparative that such a document contains your full name, address, and banking details.

Can you provide another document showing your IBAN and other details that can be matched with the aforementioned banking statement? I have to admit I have never heard of "Banco Santander Totta" before, but I'd like to help you out anyway. How about you paste a screenshot showing the casino's request or response given when you submitted the bank statement? Even a simple copied and pasted text helps out. Perhaps I missed something important or just didn't understand the problem correctly.

Casino respekterar inte spelarnas spelberoende. Jag har bett dussintals gånger att stänga mitt konto permanent för spelberoende och jag har aldrig kunnat göra det.

Anybody here get their withdrawals processed recently?

Live chat support is pretty responsive, but I now have 3 withdrawals pending (first ones) and my account is already verified, so I'm not sure what the delay could be

Maybe it would be good to check user reviews or complaints from time to time, there you can find out quite useful information about what you are asking. 

However, how long have you been waiting for withdrawals? Have you asked them what causes the delay?

Sure, thanks for the reply. It's a relatively new casino so we don't know what to expect from it yet. Probably with the experience of other players we will know more in time. 

However, since you are waiting for 5 days, I would recommend to be patient. We give casinos 14 days for the withdrawal process and if nothing happens we will try to help you. 

Are you in contact with the casino or not?

Yes I have contacted the casino they have advised me the financial department will look at it when they have time as it is first come first serve. I will open a complaint if I need help if I have not received the funds in 14 days thanks

My first 4 withdrawals came through (limit of 500 per withdrawal)

Support actually gave me a personal call to get a document required for kyc related to the bank account I was withdrawing to, very friendly guy, definitely hoping to keep playing here.

Just need to wait until next week to withdraw the rest as there's a limit per week, just waiting on all the withdrawals to complete now so I can re-deposit using a bonus

Jag märkte precis att detta casino inte accepterar spelare från Tyskland. För två månader sedan kunde jag registrera, sätta in och spela utan problem. Nu frågade jag i livechatt, och de sa att de accepterar tyska spelare.

This casino is abysmal. First my account was verified with no issues but they kept insisting for bank statements which worries me a bit. They wouldn't accept anything.


Even so they approved my withdrawal and they have been faffing Me about for 4 days now. They said they have a technical issue processing withdrawals but have no issues taking deposits. I'm very concerned about supplying them with my verification documents now but again no withdrawals have been received.


They also seem to have only one customer support agent which is in itself is also questionable.

Well, not very convenient...

However, I would like to point out that withdrawals are not particularly comparable to deposits, despite the allure of the option. It is an entirely different set of operations. Deposits are a one-time matter; withdrawals are not 🙁.

Perhaps the technical issue is a lack of manpower because having just one agent is not a good sign - just as you said... On the other hand, I would consider the approval positive news, at least.

Do you know whether they hold banking holidays? A holiday could also prolong the waiting.

Det här casinot är en tjuv. Jag gjorde en insättning och så fort jag vann på det första uttaget var allt normalt och på det andra startade KYC:n. Jag skickade allt som vanligt som de bad om, och tro mig, de frågade mig många, många gånger. Och efter en vecka säger de att jag brutit mot ett villkor på 3.17 och de kommer att hålla tillbaka mina vinster och stänga mitt konto. Utan att ge mig några bevis. Jag har inte brutit mot något villkor, de vill bara att jag inte ska få mina pengar... spela inte på det här casinot... håll dig borta.
