This casino is a scam and seize my winnings. I won $200 from the bonus money. When I withdraw, they won't let me withdraw so I deposited another $21 and bet another $91. When I withdraw, I only got $41. They said the bonus was only $20 and the money I deposited without accepting the bonus and won $91 dobla was seized. That means I won $300 and was seized and cheated of $259. The casino is not fair and cheats me on bonus and deposit money. When I reported it, there was no explanation from the deposit service.file

You played in a casino with a bonus and won some money. You wanted to withdraw it but you couldn't because the casino told you that you could withdraw a certain amount from the bonus? Could you also show me some requirements of the bonus, or did you check if it has a maximum cashout? That would seem to me the most logical in such a case why you could withdraw as much as they said. 

Also, why did you deposit there again? It could be that what you put in was included in the bonus money if you still had the bonus active, but that's just my guess.

Hi again—appreciate the reply and totally get that reviews exist. The issue is that what’s happening on my side doesn’t look like a normal, time-limited check anymore—it looks like a stall.


My play & bonus facts (short version):


Claimed a 200% bonus.


Slots only, with bets under $1 throughout.


Roughly 2,300$ spins completed.


I fully accept the 10× deposit cap; my balance of around $600–$700 was trimmed to ~$270, which I’m fine with.


Withdrawal timeline:


06:53 on 14/09/2025 — I requested a $250 crypto cashout.


Later, the withdrawal was canceled and the money was returned to my balance without any email or explanation.


Today I went through an escalated KYC: selfie holding ID with a "Spingreen" note, utility bill, passport, and a second ID (student card). I’m now verified.


I then re-submitted the $250 cashout, and after 7+ hours there’s still no response; live chat is also silent.


Just to remove any ambiguity: of the $250 I’m trying to withdraw, $100 is my own principal previously lost/played on their site—so the actual profit is about $150. I’m not asking for anything outside their terms; I accepted the cap and played conservatively.


If this is still considered "nothing unusual," could you please nudge the casino to either process the $250 payout or provide a clear, term-based reason for refusing it? I can attach screenshots of the dashboard and withdrawal history; there’s no blockchain TxID yet because no payout was sent.

Jag har också ett stort problem med spingreen casino.

Den 12 september vann jag 1 500 euro. De försökte lura mig direkt och lämnade bara 300 euro (som jag tog ut och betalade mig) kvar på mitt spelkonto och sa att det var det maximala uttagsbeloppet för insättningsbonusen som användes. Detta var en lögn; maxbeloppet var 2 000 euro, och eftersom jag hade bevis gav de mig teoretiskt tillbaka dessa 1 200 euro, som jag efter alla kontroller tog ut den 18 september. Efter några minuter avbröts det med den dåliga ursäkten att de var tvungna att göra det i tre betalningar på 400 euro.
