I was skeptical of the casino, as I do love to come to casinoguru for insight to the best casinos, but last night(may16/22) I won over 4,500 CAD. I have only just finished verifying this morning (may17/22)
, and already my money is being sent. For now, I would give the casino 5* in my opinion, the fastest payout I've seen of any casino and I've played on pretty much all. I will update again with confirmation of payment, but at this moment I say they deserve a better rating. As well, they're licensed under khawanaki since 2021.

Sadly, other factors could improve, such as the Terms and Conditions and the casino's revenue.
It's marked as a casino with a good reputation so I assume that paying the legit winnings is a must, it's a good place to play in general.

It might be a good casino to play at but I'm done with getting 10 spam emails a day after I contacted them and kindly asked to stop the spam. This happens sometimes twice in one day.

Not yet and when you hit the link to unsubscribe it takes you right to the casino.

I hear this quite too often. As far as I can remember all related discussions, players haven't found a 100% working solution yet.
I found such annoying or better say aggressive spam marketing extremely unfriendly.

Apparently when I deposited 500 dollars with 100% match bonus
I over bet what I was allowed
They took 72000 dollars from me
For violation
My question is why let me bet
I had no clue
If I would have lost it all they would have said nothing
This is complete bullshit as all the winnings were not from there so called over betting violation

I am really sorry about this experience you have to deal with. It is really wise that you submitted your complaint here so our team can investigate the whole situation, though.
Just keep in mind, for sure, that it is really important to read the rules before playing to avoid issues like this. We always say this to all our users.

Well, it will all be seen in your gameplay anyway, but it makes a difference if you bet by mistake once or twice than if you went over the limit many times. Do you get the point?
