I see. I contacted support 5-6 times and kept being told the same gibberish as you: unexpected delays, funds are safe, will receive money soon but they don’t know when etc etc.

Yeah, really you cannot tell why Spinanga chooses to operate at a gray zone. Not scum, but not fully trustable.

hello guys i won a lot of money in spinanga casino they complete the first 500 withdrawl in 3 days after that its been more than 3 weeks to get the other withdrawl what should i do

Hi, what I would do is file a complaint here. Did the casino tell you why this happened, and why the first withdrawal went through fine but you’ve been waiting so long for the next one? If you won a lot of money, did they ask you for any documents? 

No they didn’t answer clearly all they say is that they have a lot of work and my money is 100% safe no they didn’t ask for any documents

Okay, then click on my link and follow the steps I outlined. I don't think it's normal to wait several weeks without the casino providing any further information. It definitely shouldn't be like that.

Same issue with delayed withdrawals. Now 1090Eur worth of witdrawals have been delayed for 10days and CS won't help. Support doesn't answer.. Really trustworthy.

Hello, so am I understanding correctly that the casino hasn’t given you any explanation at all as to why it’s already been taking 10 days? Is this your first withdrawal at this casino, or have you already made several withdrawals there?

They have said that the withdrawals are under financial department checking and approval.

Not my first deposit, nor withdrawal,, I have been playing there earlier but with very low win rates usually I haven't been able to withdraw anything. Now finally when getting something back the delays start.

One withdrawal was cancelled without any reason after fours days of waiting. Then I made it again and still pending. First one was made on 20.7. and it was cancelled on 23rd. The did it again and now it has been same status since then. CS said each and every time when contacting them the same that "just be patient".

I have now total 3 pending withdrawals there, 500Eur, 490Eur and 100Eur. Two of these are from 23rd (one originally from 20th)

and one from 25th July.

Sure, I understand. In that case, it looks like you’ll probably just have to wait. If your withdrawal is with the financial department and they say it’s currently being reviewed, there probably isn’t much either of us can do to speed up the process.

Of course, we give casinos up to 14 days to pay players. If you still haven’t received your money after that, you can open a complaint with us, and we’ll look into the situation and try to help you so that the process doesn’t take unnecessarily long.

Ok. Let's wait for few days and I will come back to this if needed.

I’m really glad to hear that you’ve already received your first withdrawal. I’d say waiting up to 14 days is quite a long time and certainly not ideal, but ultimately, the important thing is that you’re receiving your money.

Once you’ve received all of your withdrawals, you can decide whether that kind of waiting time is too much for you or whether it’s something you can accept.

Please keep me updated when you receive the rest of your withdrawals as well.🙂
