Could you perhaps post a screenshot of what it looks like on your side?

Here it all looks good, actually.

I don't know what to do anymore, my withdrawal request has been pending for over a month now. When I contact them, I just get classic copy/paste messages saying they understand my frustration and the money will be sent shortly. That has been going on for a month now. What can I do, where can I complain, any advice?

That has been going on for a really long time, so I'm glad you managed to file your complaint here.

May I ask if you had any successful withdrawals at this casino before, though?

That must be so stressful. Well, our dedicated mediators will try to help you out, yet the initial phase is more about collecting details, so please, try to hold on. Once the complaint gets into a more confrontational stage, I hope the casino will proceed with the payout. I would, however, also expect a good and honest explanation.

Hello, I don't know what to do. I am registered with Spinanga and I deposited about 30,000 euros into the company through an account and cryptocurrency, when I won almost 20,000 euros at the casino at one point, my account was blocked the next day and now I have been dealing with the fact that I can't get into my account for 10 days (I definitely have something around 30,000 euros or more there) but I don't know the balance because I also had sports tickets that haven't been played out yet and I don't know which ones came out and which ones didn't. Now the company is writing to me today that I am a fraud and the account has been blocked and that they will contact me via email. I sent them all the documents they wanted, but now I'm worried about my money.

first of all, I have to stress that Casino Guru does not resolve sports betting-related issues. I imagine it may be kind of bad news, but I'd hate to see you being very disappointed later.

Just note, that if the so-called fraud is bound to betting activities, we won't be able to help, but be assured my colleagues will do their best to investigate whether there is a way to proceed further with the complaint.
