Hi, even though I see what happened to you and it's certainly not pleasant I ask you not to write 10 posts about the same thing and reply to different players. Everyone can read it if you write even one coherent post and don't spam. That would be a start. 

As for the problem itself, it's common for players in some casinos if they take a lot of bonuses to have to deposit in between in order to withdraw. But if you didn't take any other than those two then it seems to me an illogical answer from the casino. Especially if you say that one of them failed at the very beginning and didn't go through. They should take that into account. I also see from the screenshot that you have a withdrawable balance and real money, which evokes in me that I could withdraw that money. 


However, if I understand correctly, is it now only necessary for you to deposit the money and you will be able to withdraw it if it keeps coming back to your gaming account ? Is it enough to deposit a minimum amount ? I'd probably ask that and if it wasn't too much, then it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem. What do you say to that ?

In such a case, I would focus on progressing with the complaint at least. Can you update it? It's actually your turn now 👈 If you feel exhausted, stop asking them - better wait for your complaint to move on. Spare the nerves, I'd say. Basically they're trying to not pay out my winnings

I had a grand jackpot which more than took care of my wagering requirement left. But they the 2 people in chat that I spoke to were acting weird and aloof and trying to insinuate that wager and requirement is better. The you make so I think they were trying to catch me playing. My 4000 are so balanced down to the. Two hundred that I could withdraw with that chipmunks and take it out from under me like they've done before. I have been a depositer at slots of vegas n its other sites for a few yrs. Right before this 100 chip I'd made a 30 dollar deposit. So it's legit.

It isn't fair of them to ask to validate a card when they clearly allowed me to deposit with it before.

I have pics of the card available if I get someone to take pix on their phone to send me if need be btw

Also, my balance is still like $10,000 there as I had been too scared to play it down to the 200 max I'm allowed to cash out.

Do you know that you don't need to lower your balance there at all?

If it is stated in the terms that the maximum cash out from the bonus is $200, they will pay you $200 at any time you request a withdrawal. Even if you have won $10,000, they will cap the winnings.

But, of course, first you will need to pass the verification process by providing everything they have asked for. If you have made deposits by using more cards, they will need to verify all of them to make sure they belong to you because it is not allowed to deposit with someone else's card, you know.

Well the stupid thing is.It's still showing cause.I worked on it last night to bring it down like a 600 or maybe $500 remainder.Wagering requirement which is ridiculous because my play balance is like at ten thousand... And they have. to recap, 2 Cards that they're trying to get me to verify.. One that I do have n will verify after i send this. The other card is what's messing me up because I don't have it.

It's an old card long replaced.

I did find that.I still have that as a form of payment in my paypal however and it shows the last four digits but I don't think they would accept that as verification.

So I don't know what to do.

When I told them in chat about this card I don't have anymore ( I didn't find that I have partial proof of it in my pp as it wasn't til after chat that I found it) Is when he told me that I could handwrite a note explaining my circumstances...ie something that would delay even further their having to pay out.

Don't have time to rehash all of it but Yes they're trying to get me to validate a card that I don't have- the only thing I could do is send them screenshots of it still being a payment method in my paypal but it's only showing the last four numbers. When I asked him to tell me when I had used this card( It was an Old cash app card which they don't even accept ...) He told me he couldn't provide me with my transaction details.And I don't know if that's even right of him to do.or not do...
