Trying to withdrawl my Money but they Not handling my KYC … still pending After days and support is not helpfull

hello i joined this site as a part of a offer site deposited 37.50 into it won 619 tried to withdraw but they came up with some bs excuse saying my iban info was wrong when it was not so i have taken screenshots of my account info and such so if they pull this bs again i will have them


i really hope it dose work this time tho as i am not just gonna let go of this type of money


has anyone got there withdraws from them or am i just wishful thinking at this point

I hope that it will work too, even though this casino has a pretty low safety index, unfortunately.

They don't even reply to the complaints at all, which makes it impossible to solve any of them.

Aweful website. They promised me a withdrawl of 470Euro after they closed my account with money in it. back in december 2024.


They asked me to provide my bank information and ID which i did. Been over 1 year and still nothing. They have blocked my email and when i message them in live support they refuse to help, sometimes just closing the chat.

I think they are not going to review my complaint. They have also blocked my email a long time. I also sent complaint on their license website which is around 11 month ago which still haven't been reviewed.

I also sent complaint to Askgamblers but they refused to help me and said i would have to wait for them to review my complaint which will never happend. They told me it takes 3weeks - 3month and its been over 10 now. I was going to make a complaint here but then i read what you guys said about slotmonster, they dont reply to reviews etc.

Unfortunately, a long time has passed since you experienced that situation. Our complaint team wouldn't be able to investigate now, you know.

We can intervene only in cases no more than 6 months old, actually.

I'm just curious now, why didn't you come here earlier, if you don't mind, of course.

I am looking for help regarding SlotMonster Casino.


They have withheld my money and are refusing to pay me. I also believe this casino may be operating illegally. I would like to know if anyone has had similar experiences or if someone can advise me on what steps I can take.


I have tried contacting support, but the issue has still not been resolved.

Unfortunately, this casino has a really low safety index, which means that it is not safe, so I am not surprised they act like this.

You can try to file a complaint here, and our team will do everything possible to get in touch with them, even though it is not certain we'll be successful.

May I ask if you deposited any money there or played with some no-deposit bonus, please?

Hi Romi,


No, I did not deposit this amount into my account. I won around €5,000 while playing, but the money never appeared in my account balance. Shortly after that, my account was suddenly deleted without any explanation.


I am a single mother and I really need this money. Since my account was removed, I have not been able to contact the casino in any way. They do not respond to emails and I cannot access support anymore.


I would really appreciate any help your team can provide. Thank you.

Does it mean that you played with a no-deposit bonus, please? Do I understand that correctly?

Please know that any winnings from an online casino are not a way of making money or anything, but just some kind of bonus, and you surely should not rely on it. If your situation doesn't allow it, you should surely not play with real money whatsoever.
