I deposited and had an active bonus. Won the first bet which changed all funds to "sport bonus". I had to place enough bets in order to clear the bonus which is normal. At the end, when I was at 98% of the bonus and had several bets running, I received notifications about the bonus being completed and my running bets canceled. Here is the problem - the money from the canceled bets was not returned to my balance, they simply took it.

I won a huge amount between March 1 and 7! I submitted all the documents they asked for by March 9!
