yes the casino answer to me that the winnings is money that came from bonus(of course i wager them due to wagering instructions) and due to local restrictions(i suppose because of Greek laws) they cant withdraw to me. if the money wasn't from the bonus there is not a transaction issue...they didnt mention anything about VPN (i registered as a Greek citizen and it passed

Oh, I see now. So, It looks like the main issue here is not the VPN anymore but the way you redeemed several free bonuses in a row.
