Also I think that everyone who goes through this thread can probably take it as useful information before depositing to this casino.

Maybe the casino is short on staff; that wouldn't be unusual during the last few days before Christmas. 🤷‍♀️

I'm not convinced that trying to figure out what is behind the delay helps anyone much. So, instead, I'll keep hoping for better news.

Haven't you also thought about filing a complaint ? I think it might be appropriate, although nothing has been resolved yet, so I want to firmly believe that gradually the casino will come to its senses and start solving these issues.

I recommended to file a complaint on this link. When you file a complaint and describe to our team what is going on, they will try to help you. One of the steps in the complaint process, after you have heard from our experts, is to contact the casino. However, if you do not have a complaint, then our team has no way of resolving it and no basis on which to contact the casino. 

I would also recommend that you file a complaint, mainly because if the casino does not deal with such situations and therefore complaints, it will get black points and its safety index will go down.

So if you and other players have been waiting this long, I would definitely go ahead and file it.

I think there is nothing to wait for here. I hope this will be sorted out soon.
